3. Cybersecurity and platform abuse
You must not use the Service to develop, deploy, or improve malware, ransomware, spyware, credential theft, botnets, vulnerability exploitation, unauthorized access, evasion, persistence, data exfiltration, or cyber abuse. Defensive security use is allowed only when you have authorization and the activity is lawful, proportionate, and does not enable harm.
You must not overload, disrupt, probe, scan, attack, reverse engineer, bypass, scrape, resell, sublicense, or interfere with the Service, its providers, its payment systems, or other users. You must not bypass rate limits, wallet debits, safety filters, provider restrictions, authentication, or usage controls.
4. High-risk decisions and regulated uses
You must not use the Service as the sole or controlling basis for decisions that may have legal, financial, health, safety, employment, housing, education, insurance, credit, criminal justice, immigration, public benefit, or similarly significant effects on a person. You must not use the Service for biometric identification, biometric categorization, emotion recognition, social scoring, predictive policing, or manipulation of vulnerable groups except where expressly lawful, properly reviewed, and separately approved in writing by MouseAi.
The Service does not provide professional advice. If you use outputs in regulated or high-impact contexts, you are responsible for qualified professional review, human oversight, testing, documentation, explainability, consent, impact assessments, and legal compliance.
5. Privacy, personal data, and sensitive information
You must not submit personal information, confidential information, regulated data, or third-party content unless you have the right and lawful basis to do so. You must not use the Service to dox people, infer sensitive traits, profile people unfairly, identify private individuals without authority, generate invasive surveillance, or violate privacy laws.
You must not submit payment card numbers, passwords, API keys, government IDs, protected health information, children’s information, biometric data, or other highly sensitive information unless expressly supported and legally authorized.
6. Misleading AI use
You must not represent AI outputs as human-created where that would be deceptive, create fake credentials or evidence, impersonate another person or organization, mislead users about AI involvement where disclosure is legally or ethically required, or use outputs to manipulate, exploit, or defraud people.
7. Payments, taxes, and wallet misuse
You must not use the Service to test stolen cards, launder money, bypass sanctions, evade taxes, exploit refunds, abuse chargebacks, resell credits without permission, transfer accounts, automate top-ups for fraud, or misrepresent your billing country, tax status, identity, or payment authorization.
8. Enforcement
We may monitor and enforce this policy using automated systems, human review, provider reports, payment processor reports, user reports, security logs, and legal requests. We may remove content, refuse requests, block outputs, rate-limit usage, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, reverse credits, deny refunds, report activity, or preserve records where we reasonably believe this policy has been violated or risk exists.
We may update this policy as laws, AI provider rules, payment rules, and safety practices evolve. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated policy.
9. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse, security issues, or policy violations to support@mouseai.net. For urgent legal or safety matters, contact the appropriate emergency service or authority first.
